<p>Studiul “Ce isi doresc tinerii profesionisti” este la a IV-a editie si este singurul instrument care <strong>masoara perceptia pe care companiile o au pe piata in randul potentialilor angajati</strong> si <strong>gradul de atractivitate al brandului de angajator</strong>.   Il realizam anual in parteneriat cu Daedalus Millward Brown iar rezultatele lui pot fi operationalizate pentru a construi, implementa si masura campanii de employer branding si pentru identificarea de eventuale “gap-uri” intre mesajele transmise de companii in piata si felul in care sunt percepute.</p>

Dupa o perioada in care numarul de joburi lansat lunar ajungea pana la 10,000, in contextul actual, companiile analizeaza fiecare noua deschidere de oportunitate foarte atent. Asta nu inseamna ca in continuare nu vor mai fi joburi deschise, ci doar ca se va recruta mult mai atent, iar procesele de selectie vor devini mai stricte.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Cine va mai recruta</strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>In primul rand, companiile nu vor mai recruta volum. Pana acum auzeam frecvent anunturi in presa in care companii anuntau angajari de pana la sute de persoane pe an. In urmatoarea perioada numarul proiectelor de recrutare va scadea simtitor, cele mai multe pozitii fiind deschise pentru inlocuirea unor persoane care pleaca din companie.<span> <span id="more-199"></span><br />
</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Dar in continuare, chiar si in industriile cele mai afectate, vor fi angajatori care vor avea joburi deschise. Industriile in care numarul de joburi va fi mai mare vor fi Retail, FMCG, BPO, IT. Vestile bune vin din FMCG si BPO, doua industrii in care joburile pe care recruteaza sunt destul de variate – finante, contabilitate, marketing, resurse umane, asigurari, vanzari.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Pentru cei care isi cauta un job, concurenta va deveni mult mai puternica. Companiile se vor orienta in continuare catre tineri care au experienta relevanta in domeniu si catre tineri talentati, fara experienta dar care au demonstrat ca sunt interesati de dezvoltarea lor profesionala si personala. In procesele de recrutare si selectie vor conta enorm – felul in care te pregatesti pentru interviu si pentru procesul de selectie, flexibilitatea in asteptarile salariale, disponibiltatea de a aloca un efort suplimentar pentru dezvoltarea carierei. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>Pentru tinerii cu potential sunt in continuare programe de management trainee iar la Angajatori de TOP va fi lansata si a doua editie a <a href="http://www.toptalents.ro/2009" target="_blank">Top Talents Romania</a>, un proiect care urmareste sa identifice tineri cu potential la nivel national si sa le recunoasca meritele. Numarul aplicantilor la joburi deja a crescut in mod simtitor iar o simpla aplicare online nu iti garanteaza faptul ca vei fi chemat la un interviu. La eveniment intalnesti persoanele din companii care coordoneaza procesele de recrutare care iti pot da mai multe informatii despre job si despre cum decurge procesul de selectie. </span></p>

<li> Contentul este reprezentat de studiul <strong>Ce isi doresc tinerii profesionisti 2009</strong> care este singurul instrument de pe piata care iti ofera informatii despre care sunt perceptiile despre o companie ca angajator si ce asteptari si atitudini profesionale au tinerii;</li>
<li>Obiectivul conferintei este de intelege principalele puncte ale raportului si felul in care poate fi operationalizat pentru a construi si evalua strategii de employer branding;</li>
<li> A doua parte se bazeaza pe interactiunea si schimbul de experiente si idei intre specialistii de resurse umane.</li>

<p><strong>Cine sunt speaker-ii <span id="more-174"></span><br />
</strong></p>
<p>Prima parte a agendei, prezentarea raportului general, va fi condusa de Daniel Enescu, General Manager Daedalus Millward Brown si se va concentra asupra tendintelor legate de:</p>
<ul>
<li>perceptia pe care o au tinerii profesionisti asupra angajatorilor; care sunt factorii atractivi la un angajator; care sunt nemultumirile legate de angajatori; de ce isi schimba tinerii locul de munca;</li>
<li>asteptarile legate de pachetul salarial;</li>
<li>sursele de informare in legatura cu angajatorii si oportunitatile de cariera;</li>
<li>cum resimt tinerii perioada de criza si in ce masura le afecteaza comportamentul.</li>
</ul>
<p>In timpul celor trei workshop-uri vom avea facilitatori care vor intra in detaliu pe raport pentru fiecare tema si care vor prezenta studii de caz relevante. <a href="http://www.hrbrands.ro/conferinta.php#w3" target="_blank">Compensatii si beneficii</a> este dezvoltat impreuna cu o companie care realizeaza studii salariale pentru a vedea care este diferenta intre salariile stabilite in companii si asteptarile pietei si ce efecte poate avea un gap.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="padding-left:30px;">Pentru a nu exista niciun dubiu –<strong> Angajatori de TOP, cel mai mare targ de cariera din </strong><strong>Romania</strong><strong> pentru tineri profesionisti &#8211; continua si in aceasta primavara, cu a VI-a editie, organizata la </strong><strong>Sala</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Pa</strong><strong>latului pe 20 si 21 martie.</strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span>In acest moment avem <a href="http://www.hipo.ro/locuri-de-munca/listaangajatoritop/1/bucuresti" target="_blank">80 de companii</a> care prezinta oportunitati de cariera si raman deschise in continuare contactului cu tinerii in cautarea unui job sau care vor sa capete o perspectiva asupra oportunitatilor de pe piata.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Este adevarat ca numarul targurilor organizate in aceasta primavara a scazut cu 80%. Daca anul trecut in aceasta perioada noi am identificat undeva la peste 10 evenimente desfasurate numai in Bucuresti, in acest an am numarat pana in acest moment 2 evenimente confirmate 100%, a caror campanie de promovare deja a inceput sau care prezinta pe site-uri datele in care vor avea loc. Este vorba despre JobShop – targul pentru studenti din domeniul IT si Angajatori de TOP Bucuresti.</p>
